The purpose of both the book Understaning World Religions and this website it to help people understand both thier own and the religion of others. Therefore, because the majority of readers are likely to be Christians, or people who come from Christian historical and cultural backgrounds, this section of the website is larger than the other book sections and divides the books about Christianity into several related sections.
